Guys at Driphter.com got their hands on the upcoming BlackBerry browser that utilizes Webkit rendering engine.
Although it’s still in early development stages, browser does look promising and we are looking forward to the final version capabilities.

Adblock Plus to Support Firefox Sync
According to the authors of popular Adblock Plus add-on, upcoming extension version that is 1.3 will support Firefox Sync.
Furthermore, Firefox 4 version will no longer require browser restart after installation is finished.
There are also more changes planned for 1.3 release, see roadmap for more details.

Opera Mini 5.1 Now Available
Opera Software has released a new stable version of Opera Mini web browser that is 5.1.
This updated is mostly targeted at low end devices that have a screen resolution lower than 200 pixels or low memory capacity (4 MB+-).
Basically, if your phone does not meet mentioned requirements, Opera Mini will automatically switch to a new skin that lowers memory footprint. Therefore, enhancing user experience and reducing a number of “out of memory” error messages.
In addition, Opera Mini team has also added a new a keypad shortcut that allows you switching from/to Mobile View (*0).

YouTube HTML5 Powered Mobile Website Is Here
It looks like Google has officially announced the refresh of YouTube mobile website. Android and iPhone users will be redirected to new page upon visiting it.
Updated site takes the advantage of HTML5 features, such as video tag. Furthermore, it brings search suggestions, improved video quality, ability to create playlists and like/dislike video buttons.

How to Remove Text from Opera Menu
If you would like to remove text from Opera’s O menu, follow these simple steps:
Right-Click on the O Menu
Go to Customize > Appearance
Check Toolbars tab and change Style to Images only
Click OK

In the beginning of May, browser has surpassed 1 million downloads mark and numbers continue to grow.
Considering that it’s Microsoft’s do or die gambit, people are eager to see, whether company has learned anything from their mistakes or not.
According to leaked Internet Explorer 9 slides, Beta is set for August launch.
