Private Browsing Mode, Tabbed Browsing for Windows Phone 7 IE
Well, that did not take long.
Yesterday, a new app called Browser+ ($0.99) was included into the Windows Phone marketplace.
Basically, it’s a modified Internet Explorer Mobile shell with the enhanced functionality:
Tabbed browsing
Private (incognito) mode
On the downside, it does not yet support landscape mode.

Download Firefox 4 Beta 7
Here comes the seventh beta release of Firefox 4 web browser.
Last month, Mozilla has announced its plans to delay Firefox 4 Final release and push it back to the next year that is 2011.
Well, today they have reached a yet another milestone as company has announced the availability of Firefox 4 Beta 7.
Now here is the best part: it fixes a total of 2439 bugs (imagine that!) and includes JägerMonkey just-in-time JavaScript compiler.
Skyfire Cashes in Almost 1 Million Dollars
Might make Opera jealous.
With all the “problems” that plagued Skyfire for the iOS launch, the numbers are in.
According to the MobileCrunch post, a company behind mobile web browser Skyfire has sold more than 300 000 copies for their first weekend.
If we do the math:
300,000++ * $2.99 = ~$900,000
Now, Skyfire will obviously not receive all that cash, as Apple wants their cut as well (30%, if no exclusive deals were made).
That still leaves the company with more than 600,000 USD to spend on candies and chocolate.
Firefox Celebrates 6th Birthday
With the upcoming Firefox 4 release, Mozilla has celebrated the sixth birthday of its beloved web browser.
Back in November of 2004, company launched the very first build of Firefox, which with the help of Google, enjoyed continuous market share for the years to come.
According to the latest report, it is used by more than 22% computer users worldwide.
Happy Birthday.
Google Chrome Sponsors Free Inflight Wi-Fi
It’s been a good year for Google Chrome and company is giving something back.
Starting from November 20, 2010 through January 2, 2011, Google will offer a free inflight wi-fi for every passenger of domestic AirTran, Delta and Virgin America flights.
“Just bring a Wi-Fi enabled laptop or mobile device and stay connected to family and friends while you travel,” Google says.
Thanks, Armin.
