Catching up with the competition, the search giant has released the final version of the Google Chrome 23 web browser. As promised earlier, the following build includes a widely requested, Do Not Track feature.
However, most importantly, for all the tablet and laptop users out there, Google did a lot of work to optimize the overall browser efficiency. The result? You can now surf the web up to 25% longer than with its predecessors, thanks to the GPU accelerated video decoding.
In addition to that, Google Chrome 23 makes it easier for you to control web sites permissions for pop ups, geo location and more. All you have to do is click on the icon next to the address bar and tweak required settings.

When Google is honor the DNT and what is their status in IE DNT ?
Google as Internet Company already stated that they will honor DNT on their servers.
DNT in IE10 will be turned ON by default, which is against DNT specification. And is eroding good will around that specification. (Any such specification is deal between all parties based on GOOD WILL).
