Internet Explorer 12 Could Support HTTP/2, Media Capture And More
Today, Microsoft has announced a new website, which aims to provide users with some transparency regarding the development of Internet Explorer.
From now on, you will be able to see what the software giant has planned for the future versions of IE and what is under consideration.
So what’s next for Internet Explorer? According to the web site, Microsoft is currently working on:
– GamePad API
– Media Capture and Streams
– HTTP/2
– HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS)

Forcing new versions of IE only for the newest versions of Windows is a dirty move, i understand that they want people the use the newest windows, and i know that windwos 8.1 is really fast, but sometimes i go back to windwos 7, like right now and if im left out, its not cool, but whatever :D

WebP not even planned, great.
IE doesn’t need to implement WebP until Lumia & iPhone started taking pictures/photo in WebP format.
