Google Chrome Surpasses The 25% Market Share Mark

After months and months of waiting, Google Chrome has finally reached an important milestone and now controls more than 1/4 of all web browsers market share, which is a pretty significant milestone that I am sure many people will celebrate.

In other news, Internet Explorer saw a decrease in its numbers, down from 56.54% to 55.83% (0.71 point decrease).

Firefox, which Google too used to promote until they developed Chrome, is still in a downtrend, this time its market share has decreased by 0.19 point, from 11.89% to 11.70%.

Safari on the other hand is still finding ways to keep on fighting, up from 5.00% to 5.12% (0.12 point increase).

Lastly, Opera, which too managed to improve its market share, up by 0.04 point, from 1.15% to 1.19%.
