Official HTML5 Test Suite Results
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) compared HTML5 test suite conformance results among different web browsers.
According to the summary, recently released Internet Explorer Platform Preview 6 achieves better results than its competitors.
However, as per our unofficial HTML5 test, IE9 is far from being a leader.

Weird test, it show “No result” even if browser pass test. Besides, there should be more tests, because right now it doesn’t even cover 1% of specification. Microsoft is leading because many of those tests were submitted by Microsoft.
Did you follow the link?
Yes, how would I know that if I didn’t?
Oh and here is something to compare:

:P
As usual, Microsoft plays the same old tricks, and gets away with it. The Register has a piece on how incredibly great IE9 is, and leaves out the part where Microsoft made most of the tests.
I read haavard blog and the way I understood it some parts are missing from the tests.
But these all are development builds …. have to see final to see who is the html5 king :).
1. Microsoft makes a test suite that covers less than 0.1 % of the HTML5 spec.
2. MS hosts these tests on their own site together with some tables that shows them “In the lead”. Clueless people think that table actually mean something.
3. MS contributes cthe tests to W3C. (A good move per se, but the test suite is still less than 0.1 % complete.)
4. W3C official hits his head really hard an publishes the same table that previously was on MS site.
5. Clueless bloggers and journalists publish this as news.
MS mission accomplished.
IE6 all over again?
Then some sites will work best only with IE9, how far did they get with this crap?
