Another IE9 Ad Spotted
It appears that Microsoft is trying really hard to hype its web browser. With previously spotted IE9 ads, here is another one, straight from eHow web site.
If you happen to click on it, ad will redirect you to the following page:
Considering the fact that Internet Explorer 9 Beta install overrides IE8 Final (without asking), I am not sure, whether it is a really good idea to advertise on web sites like eHow, which are usually visited by non tech-savvy people.

* I cannot post comments on here without being in compatiability mode on IE9..
I have seen several ad’s on websites the last few days. The most recent was on symantec.com and msnbc
I’m able to post this comment, without being in compatiblity mode. I’m on Win7 x64.
I’ve heard some great things about IE 9 from our developers. We currently offer a plug in for Firefox with a proxy that hides your IP, encrypts your history, and protects against viruses. It’s in beta and is free if you want to check it out, but we’re working on an IE version now and have been really surprised with the positive comments we’ve heard about the new version. I’m looking forward to trying it. Until then, please check out http://www.getCocoon.com and let us know what you think. All feedback is reviewed and we’re making improvements daily. IE will be coming in the next month or so.
Thanks for keeping the browser info coming – your info is a great help.
