Download Maxthon 1.0 Beta For Mac OS X
Good news for all the Mac OS X users out there, Maxthon, one of the most popular web browsers in China, is now available for both Microsoft’s and Apple’s operating systems.
Although we couldn’t find a list of Maxthon 1.0 features, judging by the screenshot below, it should bring most if not all the goodies from the Maxthon 3.0.
As far as compatibility goes, it requires Mac OS X 10.6 or later.

Is it just me or everyone who thinks that Maxthon 1 Beta is just some kind of Google Chrome clone, as most of the parts look similar or the same (Developer Tools and etc)?
The developer tools in Chrome and Maxthon are part of the webkit rendering-engine which both browsers use, hence why they are the same. I think Maxthons UI looks more similar to Opera’s UI than Chrome’s.
I don’t know why there is a “good” before “news”!
