Google Could Kill Google Chrome Web Store Toolbars
As soon as June 2014.
In a world where the majority of toolbars are pretty useless, Google has announced a policy change for its Chrome Web Store, which marks the end of such junk.
According to Google, “toolbars that provide a broad array of functionality or entry points into services are better delivered as separate extensions, so that users can select the services they want.”, and while such policy change won’t be enforced for current extensions until June 2014, the search giant will no longer approve new toolbar submissions, as simple as that.

For a moment there I thought they were going to kill Chrome itself.
Much disappoint.
Why would you want that? Where Firefox would find things to copy? From IE? Chrome is the last bastion of innovations between browsers developers
how is firefox copying chrome? and before you think that im a fan of firefox, i use maxthon cloud browser, im sick of firefox, i hate chrome, i dont like the interface of internet explorer 11 (although i have it) and the other browsers arent even worth talking about
Totally agree with Google, those things are crapware designed mostly to stear you to their services.
might as well kill chrome itself along the way
