Tab Sync and an Android 3.0 tablet version
Better bookmark management/features, such as separators and the ability open them in a new tab using the mouse wheel as a clicker.
um… middle-click works… if it doesn’t for You – check mouse settings
I agree with getting the better features.
But like the person below me said, Clicking the Mouse Wheel does open it in a New Tab, it works for any link actually.
I would change the fact that it automatically set itself as my default browser without asking.
chrome does ask on the download page…
Like the user below me said, it does ask. I notice it each time it comes up when I reinstall, I don’t know how you could miss it.
most important: a real download manager like the one in Opera.
second: a real Speed Dial where I (and only I) set the entries
third: get stuff like “reload image” in the context menu!
The Current Downlaod Manager Seems fine to me. Though, I guess they could find ways to improve it.
I like that idea, as it could be helpful for me. Though, with a little bit of work you could Customize the Current one. First, Clear your History, then Open only the pages you want on it, then when they show up there, clikc the think on the Top Right corner of the Box, and it will stay there.
Personally, I don’t see what use that would be, but sure.
I would make Google Chrome Web Store built in with the browser. It should be located in the wrench just like options all in one tab of its own.I dont seem the point of going to a ”website” just for extensions ect.
Chrome need built-in RSS newsreader – although the ‘Slick RSS’ extension does a good job in filling the gap
I agree that it needs one. All other Browsers I use has one built it.

They didn’t include it by default to keep chrome minimalist and most people don’t need a rss reader built in.

That’s a joke, no? Adding support for rss isn’t going to make less ‘minimalistic’. It adds only 1 icon in the adressbar (meaning it doesn’t really take up any space) .

Remove the Other Bookmarks Folder or at lease give people a way to remove it.
Change the user interface, making it better. With a nice colour, not all grey like now.
That’s what Theme’s are For, Simply Find one you like and Install it.
That’s why Google made it where people can make them, so people cam make one that they, and other people like, and hence Google doesn’t have to pay all that much attention to it.
add “open” option in download dialog to directly open files
i probably would change more things, but thats the first that comes to mind and the thing that made me ditch chrome.
Make it more like Opera.
Get rid of the tracking stuff that tracks your every moves and sends it to Google.
I’d transform it into a real browser… By downloading Opera and unistalling Chrome.
An actual installer?
Make the speedial extension a default
include dynamic pages that will notify users of change and display like widgets for weather, email and whatnot – in speedial / web slice
Yes RSS – like the opera magazine one in the preview by default.
move parts of the ui to the os. Not entirely. eg: Make the search thingy a gadget that I can put on my desktop.
Basically get closer to bridging the gap between os and browser.
