Mozilla Previews Firefox for Tablets
Mozilla has offered a first glimpse of its Firefox for Tablets web browser.
The company described the new product as “an evolution of its phone based predecessor, with some added enhancements that take advantage of a tablet’s larger screen size” in a blog post.
Concerning the theme, the browser heavily borrows from Honeycomb, Android’s operating system for tablets. But you’ll still find familiar Firefox elements, including a big back button and Firefox’s signature Awesome Bar.
Mozilla has still not announced a release date.

Looks absolutely hideous to me.
Aren’t you a notorious Firefox fanboy? :P
Aren’t you a notorious stupid troll?
Um, what? That was just a question meant in jest…
Yeah, sorry for the over aggressiveness…
Cause I am, by all accounts <_<
He knows that Firefox has stolen ideas from Opera’s UI design, so he is waiting for someone to point out how it looks like Opera, and then he preempted them by saying it looks hideous
Oh… once again that thousand times repeated song about how Opera is original and everybody else just steals its design and ideas. Don’t forget that on zero day, Opera’s developers invented God.
I think the design looks good. However, I’d rather like tabs on the right side.
A tablet is the one place in the universe where tabposé is useful and they balk?
Am I missing something here?
Uncluttered, simple, elegent. Very fit for tablets. Congrats to Mozilla
Hopefully they get one for Windows 8 Slate as well !
