Firefox 3 Receives Remember Password Upgrade
Firefox 3 team keeps releasing new Firefox 3 nightly builds with new features and/or fixes. This time they’ve upgraded “remember password” feature, once you enter your details and trying to login, Firefox 3 will ask either if you want to remember those details or not. So no more accidently saved invalid passwords, now you’ve got a plenty of time to think before clicking “Remember” if entered details were correct or not.

2007 August Browsers Market Share Results
August is over and we have August browsers market share results. See July results here.
Last 4 months Internet Explorer managed to increase its market share, however, this month it lost some market share and slipped from 78.98 to 78.68% (0.27% decrease).
This month is good for Firefox fans, this browser increased its market share from 14.37% to 14.67% (0.3% increase).
Safari keeps increasing its market share as well, this time from 4.56% to 4.68% (0.12% increase).
Last month Opera lost some market share as well as this one, from 0.89% to 0.88% (0.01% decrease).
Netscape keeps losing its market share, this time from 0.75% to 0.71% (0.04% decrease).

This summer is over but we will have another one, and another one, and… ;-) Hello autumn.
5 Reasons Why I Don’t Like Firefox
It’s time for my final “5 Reasons Why I Don’t Like” post. Firstly it was Internet Explorer, then Opera and now… Firefox. For obvious reasons I won’t post “5 Reasons Why I Don’t Like Safari” as Safari 3 is still a beta. I hope that you enjoyed those posts, sooner or later I will come back to this “5 Reasons Why I Don’t Like” posts again. Till then I hope that most of those reasons and/or problems/annoyances will be fixed soon. And here it comes…
1. Firefox needs to be restarted after each add-on and/or theme installation.
2. It has very less features so you have to install dozens of add-ons. Why I don’t like to install add-ons? See 1’st reason.
3. Poor download manager.
4. Sometimes happens when I click back (why can’t it just BACK?).
5. I don’t know why but Firefox team ignores some of the security issues. Do you like that?
